I inquired once then recently scheduled a tour on their website. The leasing office was busy but attentively helping everyone. After my tour, I liked how welcoming and clear the application process was. This property is clean and spacious for the price listed.
Recently went for a tour, the grounds are very well kept. The unit we saw was very spacious. The office staff are truly a delight. They really are very kind and caring, and best of all honest. Great area too. Hoping to be approved to move there. Anyway, great complex, great area of Saint Pete.
Unprofessional and poor communication. I completed a tour with the receptionist at Booker Creek apartments on 08/29. We toured the property and viewed one of their model apartments and I immediately wanted to move there. During the tour, I asked the receptionist a series of questions and I explained that I would be applying for a market rate apartment.
