Great Service! We would not hesitate to highly recommend companies who are looking for good old fashioned service to use Booker AC & Refrigeration or all their pest control and janitorial needs.
bad work Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
bad work I am deaf and they didn??t show up and did not do what I ask them to do about use email or text and never reply back I give them zero star
Bad service it just is not worth calling these guys...they upsell everything, charge ridiculously expensive prices, they act really politely and helpful until you call them after they made a mistake and you need them to return to your house to fix the error...at which point they literally disappear and stop answering phone calls....and instead send their head boss to try to sell you a new unit instead they recommend replacing anything and everything (even items already under warranty)..it just isn't worth it to call them i a... read more
