Melissa and BookBeach made our vacation so memorable. They took care of our every need. The Aqua condo 2301 was very clean, well appointed, and close to Pier Park. While we were there for our 3 week vacation the ice maker developed a problem but with one call to Melissa it was rapidly solved. Although we didn’t want to leave, the departure procedure was easy and well explained. I have used this rental property service several times and have been very pleased each time. The communications from the team are excellent. The unit we rented was very clean, beautiful and overall very nice. I would rent with Bookbeach again in the future.
Beautiful decor, clean, view is amazing, facilities were good. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, dinner ware etc. Fluffy soft towels and comfortable bed. ( pillows were a little flat but ok if you used two). The beach was very clean! Our stay at Twin Palms was great. Very clean and accessible to everything in PCB. The host got back with us in minutes of our stay for anything that we need for our stay. Definitely will be back.
Aqua 501 was incredible. Everything was as pictured. The condo was easy to access, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. Anything needed to cook was accounted for regardless of any meal you could decide to want to make. Every room had their own full bathroom and shower. Condominium staff were all polite.
