I got stranded on a road trip by a failed alternator late on Saturday night. Vernon was only shop that even answered my call and he offered to fix it Sunday for me so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to even contact someone. Not only did he do an amazing job on the repair, his customer service went well beyond anything I've ever experienced. He took me back to hotel and picked me up when it was ready! I can’t say Thank you enough!!! Vernon helped my daughter get her car back on the road quicker than we had imagined. Being a Mom so far away in Texas feeling helpless… I started looking up places praying someone could help on a Sunday….He answered the phone and was eager to help. He was so knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and affordable to help get her back on the road to Illinois. Wish we lived closer he would get all of our business! Highly recommend!!
