RecommendedFirst heard of Boogies on a PBS documentary. Live in Wilson but never heard of it before. Just had to try the turkey BBQ from all the great reviews. Went today and certainly was not disappointed. Ordered the turkey BBQ plate with green beans, cabbage and potato salad. Absolutely good ole down home southern cooking and the BBQ turkey was out of this world. Service was fantastic with really friendly people. This was my first visit but it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommend!!!
we found several bones and gristle in our bbq, the cabbage texture was not very appealing and no flavor, ham etc. I will say the green beans were very good and the bbq had great flavor
