First time here, I loved the etouffee and the bread. Hubby had the chicken fried steak; he like it al lot, too!

I sat at my table with menus and napkins for 10 minutes. TEN! Not once was I acknowledged, when I got up and proceeded to walk out the host didn’t even recognize! In a day where you can only seat 25 percent of your normal capacity, you would think it would be pertinent to serve the customers that you have. This was completely unacceptable and I will NEVER be back
Was seated by hosted with silverware she dropped on the ground..but in the 12-15 minutes that me and my cousin sat there not a single person acknowledged we were in the room. Menu’s were closed we were ready order. Not even a drink order was taken. The place wasn’t even crowded. Poor customer service. We get up to leave the hostess saw us made eye contact and didn’t even try to rectify the situation.
I was disappointed to see that, despite their service on Mothers day, the staff is no longer wearing masks, nor using single-use menus. postings in the bathroom report our safety is still their priority, but I have concerns.

This place has a uplifting and fun atmosphere. Our waiter was from Britain and was great fun. The food was perfect and delicious, I think anyone wanting to try something fun and adventurous would have a great time! Fun in Fort Worth on boathouse drive...
I recently moved to the area and decided to try Boo-Ray’s of Crowley. The food and service was definitely great. We’ll definitely be returning again.
