Whether it is in Hudson Oaks or in Saginaw they continue to have a consistently good menu as well as attentive staff — with Jana Baker Lackey.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Service and food are always excellent! I met with a couple of old friends for lunch yesterday and our server Robin was awesome! She was very helpful in suggestions, friendly and funny. we had a great time! Thank you!

We were born and raised in the New Orleans and now live in the DFW area. We were looking for a taste of home and Boo Rays tries hard. We gave it a solid C. We had the crab cakes which were very good and an oyster platter which was okay. The bread pudding was nice. A few tweaks and this could have been excellent. We will give it another try in a while to try their poor boys.

My comfort was gone and anxiety rose when, after finishing our meal, I got up to go to the restroom and saw 3 cooks in the kitchen area and NONE OF THEM HAD ON A MASK OR ANY FACIAL SHIELD. I then asked for the manager and was given a pep talk about how they were ahead of the curve by protecting the customers and employees by implementing the use of facial coverings ahead of the city requirement of 6 pm Friday 26th 2020, but the cook staff weren’t required to wear anything. Then someone that said she was the “general manager ... read more

Thank you to the manager today for letting me use my groupon. Me & my husband got engaged there 2/19. He has had multiple hospitalizations and we haven’t been able to come use this. Today after him being home a couple days after surger I was able to get his favorite & mine so we could have a special night. You blessed us again! Always great food & stellar service. As a nurse practitioner serving our community throughout this pandemic- thank you for the opportunity to enjoy a night with my hubs before a long weekend at Clinic... read more

No staff were wearing masks during our visit on 6/20. At a restaurant where patrons can’t wear masks (while eating) it is even more important that the waitstaff do. Won’t be returning.

Great food! Always very friendly which makes up for the occasional slow service at the bar. Did I mention they have great food? When in season, the crawfish are among the best in DFW; the Cajun caviar (rat toes) are consistently perfect; and the stuffed chicken is off the chain. The best dishes are the fish fillets (several choices of fish and preparation). Prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the meals.
