Stay away!!! Very incompetent management kept security deposit without even getting approval for an apartment then lied and say I had been approved for the apartment on sept 10 and it was my choice to cancel the application so I would not be getting back the security deposit. Up until Sept 16 they were asking for more paperwork which indicates I had not been approved! Fellow residents, the management office here has no authority or decision making abilities to reopening the amenities here. I've inquired multiple times and told to contact the corporate office at 212-408-2900. You'll have to choose the directory because they do not answer voicemails in their general box.
