Dr. Bontempo is more than a fantastic doctor! He leaves no stones unturned! I can’t begin to tell you the amount of time he put into my case to make sure I got the necessary medical attention needed for my specific blood issues! Not only did he go above and beyond with all the blood testing, he showed up at the hospital to make sure I was okay and my surgery went as he had planned! I’m so blessed to have Dr. Bontempo as my hematologist! Pittsburgh is lucky to have such an intelligent doctor!!
Dr. Bontempo is a wonderful doctor. He spends a long time with you, and listens to your concerns. He answers questions and is 100% focused on your medical health. I can't say enough good things about his care. I wish all doctors were like him! The appointments are like no other, and I've had plenty. He is a one in a trillion!!
I had a consultation with Dr. Bontempo this week and I was very impressed by him. He thoroughly reviewed all of my medical history and answered all of my questions. Thankfully, I do not anticipate another visit; however, should I ever need to see a hematologist again, Dr. Bontempo will be first person that I call.
