We’ve heard about Bonsu for years and finally gave it a try, best decision! He’s so good with the kids, always encouraging and supportive. He listens to what they need and adjusts workouts to fit their bodies and goals. Super motivating and positive. My son loves training with him, and we’ve already seen such a boost in his confidence and strength. Highly recommend!
Bonsu is a true expert in his craft. My children have attended for a few months, and I wanted to give it time before reviewing our experience. He is very motivating and keeps kids engaged and challenged. He has the tools to assist athletes of all levels, and it shows in their consistent efforts and improvements that I have witnessed so far. Definitely worth the investment!
Cant give enough 5 stars for Bonsu!! Very knowledgable in all sports. Not only are his workouts great but he's also knowledgable in sports recovery. My brothers, friends, and classmates have all gone to him. Always felt so welcomed. You are not a number at his gym, which is also so nice. You will see the results you are looking for!
