Initially they were wonderful, and did great job Then they stopped trimming the bushes as I paid them to do. Then they became irregular in showing up. Then they just stopped coming without notice to me, and by the way kept my money. Don't go there. Not reliable. I complained but no results. So sorry I called them in the first place.
Our family calls Bonsai whenever we need anything. Efrain is one great guy and what a hard worker! Knows his stuff! Jennifer his office manager is always so friendly and what a great asset to this company!
Design Is what this guy does and he does it so well. Gave him a drawing with some ideas and plants. He changed what I needed made suggestions and the proof is in the puddin' Efrain you are a talent. Loved Jennifer in Office. I hate to miss the people who put us together. But Wow Efrain you the Magic Green Fingers!
I adore Efrain. When you are a single woman you try to find honest companies who do what they say, do what they promised and speak to you with respect and give you knowledge. I am not a shrinking violet but I do need answers on things I don't understand. Efrain does that for me! Office Manager Jennifer is amazing! Made me feel as though I was her only customer! Love that lady too!
