Amazing food, flew in from Texas yesterday and was totally back handed by the floor packed entries. When you make collard greens to the point you look forward to eating the stems, you got a good product. I most definitely will come back.
Waitress we had was very friendly. She kept up on our drinks and made sure we was taken care of the whole time. The food was ok nothing to rave about. It’s hard to compare when we have Smokey Bones in Ohio that is a hearty bbq.
Love some Bono’s bbq, but not happy to find out that you all are charging $1.50 to order ahead through your website. Wasn’t too pleased to pickup my food, thinking I’m saving time, keeping your people off the phone, and get there to see an app fee of $1.50. I could have just went through drive thru or walked across the street. The disclosure isn’t very good about that charge, and when I inquired, was told, oh that’s Zup or something like that, charging. Hair was in one of my two salads they was made up the same if hair was in one I'm not trying to find more in the other... Brought it back the next day because they was closed when i found out, Manager was so disrespectful and insulting and that I'll never step foot in bonos on Jammes rd
