So we ordered Bonos for Father's Day an hour ago and the order was confirmed only to have them tell me they stopped confirming all orders an hour ago because they ran out of food. Not only was my order confirmed but their customer service about it SUCKED UNPROFESSIONAL

This is our go-to carry out place for now amidst the pandemic to eat. The service was great and my 3 sandwich choices were fresh and cook to order. Can’t wait until we feel comfortable enough to dine-in once again as I am sure they are compliant with the CDC guidelines and social distancing. We use to dine-in and really never did the takeout route but those days shall return. Thanks Bono’s for always meeting our expectations.

Kids meal says it includes meat, side, drink, and cookie. So you call in and place order and they tell you “this doesn’t include a free drink or cookie”. How is it “free” when it’s clearly printed on your menu what’s included. So I ask “well since I’m only reviving 2 of the 4 items is it half the price?” And the answer was clearly NO. This place is a joke. Horrible service here. Do not recommend.
