I booked a cut with Cindy after seeing a comment reccomending her on social media and am so happy I did so. I showed her a few photos of the style I wanted (long layers cut), and she gave me exactly that. I felt welcome and comfortable and will be back to see Cinday for the best, affortable cut!
I've always been skeptical of new places, but this one is by far worth the price. I had my appointment with J Park, who did an absolutely amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she immediately knew what to do. She was professional, efficient, and attentive. Afterwards, she even gave me tips based on my personal hair type. This is the kind of place that really goes above and beyond. Hard to walk away without being satisfied. This will definitely be my new go to for Austin haircuts.
DO NOT COME. Terrible service, terrible place. They charge extra if you want to shampoo after haircut, after asking about my ethnicity during the haircut. Do not come unless you're Korean, as they treat different people differently. Extremely racist.
I’ve been coming to this salon regularly, but this time was extremely disappointing. I specifically booked the appointment with Susan, but without informing us, they assigned my boyfriend’s haircut to another stylist. The result was terrible – the back was uneven and looked very unprofessional.
