David at the front desk was awesome. He was able to assist in approval paper work for a homeowner to get roofing construction approved.
I found the office staff, namely Gayle to be rude and not helpful at all. They don’t return calls either. I am doing everything possible to get my HOA to strongly consider another company!
This is the worst property management company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have changed our HOA portal and or payment method no less than 7 times in the last 5 years. And now, the most recent update does not offer an option to pay without being forced to pay a ridiculous processing fee. Not even an auto bank transfer is without a fee now. No one answers the phone. They're only concerned about making as much money as possible, sending expensive verified letters, and doing as little as possible to address... read more
My interactions with the Bono firm have been disappointing. I first tried telephone calls only to get voice mail. I left messages but never received a response. I have written down my email address but have yet to get an email on important subjects. The telephone number for Bono & Associates either shows 'Hampton Hills Estates' or 'Riverside Condo Association'. What gives? I have to ask if Bono & Associates is in business or a legitimate business.
Not a fan of this association. They send notices for issues that have been addressed previously without regard. Lake Mary high school kids parking in the neighborhood year after year blocking roads and still nothing is done. Minor and petty things are more their style than the bigger concerns,
