Bonny is excellent
Bonny has done a great job helping me and my kids through my divorce. She gets to the heart of things quickly and with compassion. Professional, skilled, always kind. Best counselor I've ever used.
Bonny is great
Absolutely no sense of urgency to respond. Insists on visiting her website, with generic computerized email responses, for communication. Email communication preferred vs actual communication. When talking person to person (finally), reluctant to actually commit to challenging situation. Referred me to other place (brushed me off) the first time actual communication occurred. Request for services pertained to other family member, not myself.
She is an amazing counselor! Yes, Bonny does do outside of session communication primarily through email. However this is for patient confidentiality. She is appropriately quick and flexible in making appointment. She is the most honest and comfortable counselor I have ever used. I really struggle to be comfortable with counselors so finding one I like as much as Bonny is rare. I Would highly recommend her.
