Pretty old Apartment I was staying here and its old apartment s, complaint s about cockroach spread across. And the specially rent is too expensive for this apartment. With the Rent , deposit also more and ensures , sucks all your deposits at end of tenure. I don't recommend to any new movement and its waste of money and no piece of of mind.
old building Bonnie Terrace Apartments, pretty old community inside and out, they are so expensive that not many people can afford to pay! On top of that management is not as nice as you would expect! For the price that you actually paying.
Too much rent price Way too expensive for for this apartment. Constantly increases rent every year $300.
Bad experiance We live here and moving out of the town on need basis. So we have to vacate immediately. We have surprised by looking at final settlement and its around 1500$ which cant be affordable and its not justifiable. I couldn't fought back as the argument doesn't make any sense. I thought of sharing the details over here. After this I came to know, same has happen with many other s. They will ensure, all the deposit is taken back and if u compare the deposit is too high here. I do not suggest this apartment for anyone... read more
