The agent misrepresented the sqft of a unit I purchase, the price of which was based upon the sqft, by not even checking the public record of the unit. And the agent did not take responsibilities for such basic lack of the professional obligations. Also, the agent lowered the listed price without the seller’s consent by alleging due to the agent’s ethical codes. How does this agent’s ethical code work?
