We LOVE Dr. Bonnie Strabrawa through Elmhurst. She is both of our toddlers’ doctor, and we truly couldn’t ask for better care. She is caring, informative, kind, patient, and always wonderful with our kids. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make both parents and children feel comfortable. We’re so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to any family looking for a pediatrician!
Most Thought full Pediatrician I've ever been to, she follows through and actually cares about solving your problem, she doesn't subject you through unnecessary waste procedures and understands the referrals and insurances processes perfectly.
We were seen because my child had a strep exposure from a sibling. After developing fever, sore throat and cough... I was certain it was strep. Went in to see this dr and she was very dismissive, said you can't have strep with a cough and that it was probably a virus. She wouldn't test for Flu, RSV, Covid because she said it wouldn't change home care treatment. After I asked for a strep test she said, even if it's positive that she wouldn't treat because it'll be a false positive and my child is probably a carrier. Mind you ... read more
