All the staff an dDrs are amazing
WORST DENTIST EVER ! They make appointments with out the doctor there & do not tell you in advance when making the appointment, so you have to schedule another appointment to see the doctor. When I called to cancel my appointment and to stop being a patient there, the " Office Manager" asked if there was anything he could do to change my mind and that he was " here to help" and I told him no, there was nothing he could help me with & he proceeds to try to convince me to stay with them and I told him no again and he hangs up ... read more
I've been going to The Art of Dentistry for years. During all of that time, Debby has been my hygienist. I was there yesterday for a cleaning, and she did here usual 5 star job. I recommend this dental practice.
Receptionist doesnt know what they even offer on the website or what a previous customer suggested because of the same work needed was done of her. Maybe y'all need a new receptionist can't have someone answering questions and handling important documents and dealing with customers questions and concerns when they can't even they you if something is right or wrong.
On Nov 4, 2021 Dr Downs replaced two upper left molars with permanent crowns. I moved away from Va Beach in August of 2022 to Florida where I went to Spodak Dental in West Palm where the dentist there told me my teeth were hitting hard on the left side to the extent it was causing my jaw to slip right to align my teeth. He told me my crowns (the ones Dr Downs put in) were too tall and she obviously in his opinion ground way to much on them and showed me pictures of brown spots in the middle of both crowns which he said shows... read more
I had been taking my children here for 2 years and had paid on time every time, except once. I had an outstanding bill leftover from what was left over from my insurance. I figured I would pay this bill at the kids 6month cleaning. When I called to double check the date of the cleaning I was informed that our account had been closed and we were no longer welcome at this business! I pleaded with them because my kids are terrified of the dentist, my youngest still cries when we go and the last time they didn’t clean her teeth ... read more
