Receptionist doesnt know what they even offer on the website or what a previous customer suggested because of the same work needed was done of her. Maybe y'all need a new receptionist can't have someone answering questions and handling important documents and dealing with customers questions and concerns when they can't even they you if something is right or wrong.

The entire staff is wonderful. Dr Horowitz is thorough, funny and patient. I highly recommend this practice for everyone, especially the dental phobic!

I was referred to Dr. Bonnie from another physician for serious medical reasons. From my experience I found Dr. Bonnie to be an exceptional skilled and gifted Dentist. He made the time to explain in detail all of my dental options before removing 2 teeth. The healing process was quick and to perfection. His staff is supportive providing impressive social skills that create a warm and friendly inviting office environment.
My wife and I have been going to Dr. Horowitz for approx 25 years now and my daughter also is a patient of his as is my son. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism that is shown in this practice and with their staff which is also very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Dr. Horowitz is an excellent dentist and his focus is always on the patient and making sure that he or she is not in any pain during the procedure whether it be a filling, root canal or having a tooth pulled.
