RecommendedMy husband John(84). And I (76) had our 2nd consultation with Dr Rubin this week. She is very professional and compassionate in speaking to geriatric patients who are both struggling with recent onset of hearing loss in during a pandemic .She adjusted the batteries and checked for ear wax and explained the latest technology for better hearing. Thank you
She is extremely knowledgeable and is always very thorough when checking my hearing aids. Dr. Rubin is very caring and it is a pleasure to be a patient in her practice.

Previously, I had a poor experience with another audiologist which caused me to not get hearing aids. As soon as I walked into Dr. Rubin's office, I felt comfortable. She understood my needs and explained the process carefully. Next week, I'm finally getting the hearing aids that I've needed for years. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin.
They said they could help with tinnitus charged 500.00 and said you have to live with it but it says we can help you make a appointment dave your money there is very little help for this if any at all

Not only does Dr. Rubin have many years of experience which makes her diagnostic skills exceptional, she has great listening skills. She has successfully interpreted my occasionally imprecise comments and used that feedback for precision adjustments to my hearing aids. This is a skill that many other audiologists lack. Without appropriate adjustments, a hearing aid may be worse than not having one at all. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin and her wonderful staff!!
