Staff communication poor, charges tooooo much for missed appointments has amnesia to the fact that she was once an intern begging to be your childs doctor now that's shes made it to the top she has forgotten where she came from! Now she thinks its all about her! Look around can't you tell?
Dr Orzech is the best. She is kind, helpful, listens to our concerns, and the staff is wonderful. My daughter looks forward to seeing her. I also love how her rooms are decorated with pictures of her own family, and have toys. It makes us feel relaxed. Overall I recommend her to you, you will not regret it.
As a new mom, I feel so lucky to have Dr. Orzech. We interviewed 3 docs and chose this practice - they are all board certified and have privileges at several hospitals, which are both fairly rare the further you get from Baltimore. Dr. Orzech has been wonderful, caring, interactive, and very knowledgable. She's a great listener and her follow-up is incredible. They seem overwhelmed and unconcerned with my children. My son was having extreme night terrors and now behavior changes, and she told us to read a book!!! We read the book, and it was useless since we had already implemented the strategies mentioned and they did not work, which we had explained. Again, she did not have time to hear us out or help in any way. Would not recommend, and I am now looking for a new pediatrician.
Dr. Orzech is a top pediatrician. Not only does she know her stuff, she treats her patients (and their parents) with respect and consideration. She is not dismissive of parental input and opinion, but rather uses their input to form a medical diagnosis and treatment plan. Her patients are indeed fortunate.
Will not see patients if they do not comply with the suggested vaccination schedules and threatens to call CPS.
