Bonnie was great! She was instrumental in making a long distance move as smooth as possible. Once I had an accepted offer on the home I was selling, we spent one day looking at homes, selecting a home, and making an offer that was accepted. I was very dependent on Bonnie to be there for the home inspection and doing the final walk-through for me since I was not able to be there.
