EDIT: It looks like the management company is writing fake 5 star reviews. “Michael” past reviews all include all 5 stars to property rentals. —————— All the reviews are right. I have complained multiple times to this new management and to the previous managers and they give me a generic sorry we are not sorry that we can’t do anything response. I am coming on here after being exhausted from so many issues of this complex. My biggest issue is safety. So many times someone has tried wiggling my doorknob to enter. The doors in this complex do not have the peephole so there is no way to check who is at the door. Many times I’ve heard knocking/banging on my door. After I don’t respond or open (because I am not expecting anyone) they then try to open the door. This hasn’t been a one time occurrence, this has happened a handful of times. I feel like I owe future tenants a warning to this complex. As another reviewer wrote, the crime and activity is at an all time high. They keep changing management and each property manager they’ve changed, I’ve reported the crimes and they don’t care or do anything. There is a tenant in one of the buildings who sells drugs and has been seen shooting up. My leasing rep, Angel, was super sweet and made time for a tour with me last minute which I really appreciated. Some of the apartments were kind of funky but overall they are very cute apartments with a lot of character. Filled out my application and Angel has been incredibly helpful along the way!
