This is an amazing place to live! The property manager Gene is so kind and helpful and truly is the reason so many people have lived here so long. The location is great too, within walking distance of the downtown area and across the street from a park. I highly recommend if you are looking for nice quiet housing with great management :)

I've been a resident at Bonnie Brae apartments for almost two years and am still here for several good reasons! I was on a waitlist for over six months, and Gene was instrumental in helping me move in when a vacancy became available. He was and is, patient and kind. My partner and I felt super lucky after finding Bonnie Brae when we relocated from Texas almost 2 years ago. The location is great and the complex is tucked away in a nice little quiet neighborhood sitting directly across from a beautiful park. Gene, the property manager, is by far the friendliest, most attentive apartment manager that we have ever had.
