I loved living here and am so sad to be moving out! Bonnie Brae Apartments are a well-maintained, quiet, family-friendly, lovely place to live, and the property manager Gene is one of the main reasons for that. He is an excellent manager who truly cares about the tenants and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of efficiently and with great care. This is an amazing place to live! The property manager Gene is so kind and helpful and truly is the reason so many people have lived here so long. The location is great too, within walking distance of the downtown area and across the street from a park. I highly recommend if you are looking for nice quiet housing with great management :)

My partner and I lived here for 5 years and we really enjoyed it. Gene is a great landlord who helped us out with whatever we needed and made us feel very welcomed!
I've been a resident at Bonnie Brae apartments for almost two years and am still here for several good reasons! I was on a waitlist for over six months, and Gene was instrumental in helping me move in when a vacancy became available. He was and is, patient and kind.
