I really liked that the residents were very interested in what I had to say. I felt that I was not being rushed and that things were very clearly and very clearly and concisely explained to me. And when the attending came in, that she gave solid answers, that she listened to what I had to say. And again, I did not feel rushed. That they would have tried more to know the cause of the condition I am going through and not just say that they don't know what I have and what will happen to me in 4 months. I was supposed to be treated by a Professional. But, I did not receive any solution to my problem. Thank you for your time.
These particular doctors are a great team and worked together extremely well. They made me feel very comfortable and explained how to improve my skin without making me feel self conscious. Bedside manner was expert level. Note: I was ashamed of my dark brown skin growing up because it wasn't considered beautiful (it seemed that way back then). To be told by these doctors that my skin is beautiful is so healing. I needed to mention that and hopefully thank them.

Appreciated Dr. Lee’s guidance and expertise in a second opinion scenario. Easy to communicate with and she understood my objective.
The staff was very friendly, and very nice, but the length of time that we spent in the office was really long. The wait was long, and the time being there was long, and we didn't spend that much time with the doctor. So, the length of time waiting was pretty long having children there.
