I came in for a new patient appointment and my expectations were beyond exceeded. They got me in the next day and were in network with my insurance. The office is very clean and Dr. was very friendly. I felt like they took the time to get to know me and my dental history, rather than just look at my chart. They looked at all my benefits before my appointment, so they were very helpful to go over the financial info before any treatment was started. I have already scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend!
I had a veneer come loose and my regular dentist in Auburn was not open today. I called to see if they (BLD&O) might be able to get me in. They got me in immediately, every one was courteous and careful to ensure that I got the service I needed and that I had no discomfort. A great team, highly recommended.
