Great service. I needed my daughter's bike adjusted and they were timely and very personable. Reasonable prices as well.
I visited both stores Sunday, looking for an adult tricycle. The Puyallup one first, and then headed to Sumner to look at the same bike - but a 3 speed. Beforehand I talked with Richard in Puyallup over the phone and he answered a lot of my basic questions about the bike I was looking for. The customer service in both stores was awesome. We purchased through the Sumner location.

They have great prices, but I am not sure they know how to build bikes. I live about an hour away and purchased a Specialized Camber EVO. Within the first few weeks I had a few issues and brought it back. They "fixed" it, but the problems are back now. Now the front shock is completely messed up and I don't feel like they will be able to fix it, so I am paying another shop to do it. Totally lame for a bike that is 3 months old. I am 49 years old, I should not be breaking bikes...
Puyallup store went out of there way to help me get my bike fixed. Best bike shop around.
Been going here since high school (except they were actually in bonney lake then) always got great bikes and good advice.
I have bought two bikes from this store and had a great experience both times
Took an old mountain bike in for replacement bottom bearings. Came out with a fixed seat and adjusted breaks as well. Pricing was great. Thank you for getting us rolling along again!
