Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a very wide variety of bikes.
Very bad experience today. Went to return gear I bought for my wife last night. I was told I could return items if they didn’t work out. I could tell the guy didn’t know much about the gear he was selling me. My wife couldn’t use the gear for her class today because she didn’t have clips. I showed a picture to the associate last night of what I’m looking for but he had no clue. The guy today gave me a hard time and we got vocal over it. The other associate had to step in.
