We solicited several quotes for complete repaving of our large Association. Bonness' quote was close to several others, but we chose them for their reputation. We scheduled the project six months out and after three hurricanes in The last six weeks, they still showed up as promised - Highly unusual for any contractor. Bonness Paving was selected to sealcoat our Condominium parking lots after they performed an asphalt repair project last year. The Sealcoat project was approximately 1,000 square feet comprised of patch work, removal / replacement of car stops, two coats of PolyPro sealcoat, and new parking lot lines. Tried to get a quote for a month. kept being told "by next Friday", and same was said every week. Never got the quote and the Estimator finally said that their quoting systems is such that it is what it is. No control over this department that leads me to believe if you give them the project, it would be the same and the work would never get done. Nice guy but lackluster effort of accomplishing work.

We hired Bonness to do the sealcoating for our Dover condominium association within the Briarwood community in Naples. We acquired bids from 2 other companies and Bonness was the most reasonable. Bonness also did the complete repaving in October, 2022. Robert Wanck supervised the job. In our meeting before the beginning of the project he explains everything involved, including scheduling and even provided graphic maps of areas to be sealed by each day of the week. The Wilderness Condominium Association contracted with Bonness for an extensive paving and striping project. The project included replacement of parking stops at 28 buildings, striping clubhouse parking and roadway striping. Robert Wanck and his entire team were outstanding to work with. The communication before and during the project was amazing. The staff/crew members were always courteous to the members and kept the area clean at all times. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship exceeded expectations.
