RecommendedI want to take a moment to thank the wonderful staff in your Lab department. In the new world of COVID 19, everything is changing, and things like travel are no longer as easy as they used to be. We had 7 men going to Alaska that needed COVID testing within 72 hours of landing in Anchorage. Not an easy task when most testing results are 3 to 5 days out! FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very friendly, caring and thorough staff. Wait time extremely minimal. It doesn't have a "clinical" and cold appearance, but rather a very comfortable and "homey" feel.

I am very grateful for the amazing care I received at BGH. From the Dr's ., nurses, and other staff in the emergency room to the radiology staff, and of course everyone involved with my surgery - Dr's, nurses, anesthesiologist and assistants, and post op care!! Been volunteering at BGH over 20 years and always hear positive comments from patients. My own experience has only been in E/R however, they were the best team of doctors and nurses who took special care of me and even checked on me a few days afterwards Gold Star people and employees.
i just spent four days at this hospital due to being very sick with a kidney infection and I just wanted to say the the doctor, the nurses, the entire staff did an amazing job ensuring I was comfortable and made me feel so much better. They are all very friendly, professional, and caring and I just want to thank them all so much. Nobody wants to be sick or in pain, but if it happens again, this is where I am going. Much appreciated Bonner General.
I would recommend this hospital in a heartbeat. When I have my second knee replaced I will come here. Everyone is so upbeat and very polite. They really have good care here and I would recommend it very highly.
