Easy checkin, great personal care for my eye exam. They were patient and understanding my vision. Dr Young was great, listened and understood my concerns. Will definitely be back to eye exams at Bonner Eye Clinic.
The eye exam went fine, went to optical, picked out glasses, they didn't contact my insurance to check the benefits, they just asked someone in the back, and tried to get me to pay everything out of pocket. I just walked out, not about to hand them money because they aren't willing to do their job.
Very well taken care of!
