I have been a Bonner customer now for over 20 years they have the Best Service managers. I had a problem with my 2500HD silverado and called first thing in the morning had an appointment the same day and was in and out within one hour ready to roll. CJ, Joe and Bob are great to work with they really care about you and your vehicle.
I took my Silverado 2500HD in for service in hopes that they could fix the flashing check engine light that had plagued the truck since I purchased it from the used car lot. After having it a couple of days they called and said they couldn't find the problem...then proceeded to charge me $450 for not fixing anything! I know where I WON'T be buying a new truck!!! I'm really hoping someone will contact me to help resolve this.
Aaron was absolutely wonderful. Bonner helped me tremendously and went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed with owning a new vehicle. This is my second purchase with them and I couldn’t be happier!

To the ignorant person that “helped” my son today when he had his truck fixed. I hope you don’t treat all of your customers the way you treated him and his girlfriend. Telling a customer “it’s not my problem” isn’t a very good way to do business. What happened to the customer come first?
