I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:00 am. Waited in the waiting room till about 10:10. I walked out to the service center to see how my car was coming along because I had to attend a visiting before a funeral. I was told they had not even started in the car. Service department is not looking out for customer
Sales department is great, but service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. First dealings with them took over 3 hours for an oil change. I drove a Ford Truck For Over 40 years and never had to wait longer than 45 minutes.
