Not a family business anymore. They had a buyout and began firing the member that were still employed there. Even disabled staff. 1 star

They kept me updated throughout the repair process, and the customer service was top-tier. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new — you’d never know it was ever in an accident. The attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. If you need auto body work done, I highly recommend Bonner Body Shop. They truly care about their customers and their craft!

I've used this shop twice now, and although there were some issues with my repairs, as soon as i spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond to get it straightened out, and my car fixed correctly. He paid for a rental from Toyota, and i drove a brand new Toyota Camry while my Camry was in their shop. They reimbursed me for the extra charges on my original rental from Enterprise. He was just wonderful, and really made it a great experience. I will continue to use them for all my car repairs.
