Fantastic, sat in the bar in a booth with family. Best table in the house. Every bite I put in my mouth was delicious.

Great service firm reservation assistance to waiter. Every aspect of service was wonderful. The atmosphere is so relaxing, which created the perfect environment for dining with family & friends. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this Authentic Texas dining experience.
Had the pheasant ... AWESOME! Had the elk tacos before ... ALSO AWESOME! I'd put this restaurant up against any restaurant in the D/FW area ... and am confident Bonnell's would come out on top!
Dinner is always special at Bonnell's, our favorite restaurant. We had a first ... which was the evenings special ... Trigger fish. It was excellent, as was everything else.
My mom and I had an amazing dinner at Bonnels! The ribeye was to die for and I loved the pumpkin soup. Great atmosphere and service.
Here's the review: If you want to focus on just the food, we'll call it 4.5 stars out of 5. Taken as a whole, considering service, we'll call it a 2.5. The food, once we got it, was excellent. Maybe not the absolute best I've ever had, but certainly top tier food. It was a double-date.
