Very disappointing experience. The business advertises discounted appointment slots as available, but after booking, I was left waiting for confirmation with no response. I made multiple attempts to contact them and even reached out to Booksy for assistance, only to learn that Booksy could not cancel the unconfirmed appointment on the provider’s end. I visited Bonjour Nails for an acrylic refill and was very unhappy with the final result. The nails looked uneven and poorly done. The payment process was also confusing. Extremely disappointed — I will not be returning.

I made an appointment the day of at 1PM through yelp. I walked in, and they told me that there was no technicians in to do my nails and my mothers. :/ I made the trip for nothing.

Got my Halloween nails done at Bonjour Nails in Lake Forest 🎃💅 I’m so happy with how they turned out — the design is super cute and detailed, exactly what I wanted. The salon is clean, quiet, and they really take their time, so everything looks neat and perfect. Definitely coming back! 👻🖤
