I also had poor service and the medical care was half ass. The doctor was in a hurry and did not examine my dog at all. I brought him in for an ear infection and the doctor didn't even look into his ears. Staff was friendly. I also had a hard time getting somebody to return my phone call.
This has been the worse experience I have ever had in taking my pets for medical care. Long wait in the waiting room, then the doctor left the exam for an emergency and never came back in. Did not explain meds, or diagnosis. Would not let me hold my dog for shots and he was so scared, I had to muzzle him and he pooped on the floor. Terrible at returning phone calls. They even say so in their message, that it may not be right away to get a return call. Spend ten dollars more and go someplace else.

Dr. Singh and his staff came highly recommended by good friends. They've taken such great care of my oldest bully several times now. I literally thought he was on his death bed over the weekend and showed up in tears on Sunday. How many offices do you know, are available during the weekend? Between Dr. Mondares, Steven, and Lianna, they gave him the best care the entire time. They all really love their patients as if they were their own.
