I received a great service my two pets are fine and feeling great
I go there with all my rescue cats. They are always willing to work with me and I have always been able to make appointments when needed.
They were awesome!!! Took me in 15 min before closing to help my baby out!!! Thank you!!! Rockie thanks you!!!
Love this vet clinic.. we went to the one on paradise valley rd for decades but the newest owners are THEE WORST EVER!! I was glad to find out that some of the old employees are at Bonita now so our animals get the love and care they deserve! This place is definitely worth it's weight in gold!! -UPDATE- So glad this vet is here.. the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.. the doctors are great and do an awesome job.. and the quickness is second to none.. I always highly recommend the Veterinarian Clinic..
I also had poor service and the medical care was half ass. The doctor was in a hurry and did not examine my dog at all. I brought him in for an ear infection and the doctor didn't even look into his ears. Staff was friendly. I also had a hard time getting somebody to return my phone call.
This has been the worse experience I have ever had in taking my pets for medical care. Long wait in the waiting room, then the doctor left the exam for an emergency and never came back in. Did not explain meds, or diagnosis. Would not let me hold my dog for shots and he was so scared, I had to muzzle him and he pooped on the floor. Terrible at returning phone calls. They even say so in their message, that it may not be right away to get a return call. Spend ten dollars more and go someplace else.
