If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a technician named Nathan. From the beginning, he was rude and dismissive, I said hello, and he completely ignored me. He did a poor job on my nails, and when I politely asked him to fix them, he started yelling at me. During the service, he hurt my fingers with the nail tools, and when I brought it up, he dismissed it and blamed me, saying I was “talking to my friend.” Not once did he apologize for his mistakes.
