Bonita was a nightmare to work with for my realtor, closing specialist and closing attorney. Communication was poor and untruthful at times. Additionally, when problems arose after the fact that could have been resolved with a simple phone call to her client she ignored calls and emails. Avoid the headache and pick ANYONE else to list your home. If Bonita is a listing agent on a property you are considering- reconsider.
