WARNING: RUN. Don’t Walk. This is hands down one of the worst apartment communities in Dallas. This property is a nightmare. Nonstop crime—drug deals, fights, break-ins—you’ll see police almost daily. The apartments are filthy. Huge roaches, rats, leaks, and mold everywhere. Nothing gets fixed unless you threaten to call the city. Management? Forget it. i like it here real quiet, i had no problem here
This property illegally throw people out without proper eviction processes. The management aggressively assaults and harass tenants to install fear of eviction fir retaliation and they created lies to tell you to move out then after you move out they go and file an eviction and no one lives there.
