Walked in without call ahead. Suggest you call ahead and maybe avoid extensive wait time. Personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. If you can afford the wait time, BCHC was a very comfortable place to go. I had 7 folks in front of me having their text messaging keeping me updated on status as well as a video screen with the wait queue displaying progress. (Only showed last 4 digits of cell phone number, avoiding HIPAA violation Issues). Overall, I was happy with my experience.
Amazing how kind and helpful all the employees were to me. It was a rough procedure that I had but they all made it go as smoothly as possible. Truly dedicated staff.

Came in at 10am didn't leave until 2pm terrible! PA was great diagnosis of ear drum infection. Wait was way too long.
Fast service, in and out in an hour. Made my appointment by phone and was updated by text on the number of minutes before they could see me. Beautiful and professional service.
