Bonita Bridal is not about customer service they say they will call you and they lie or they say we will have dresses for you ready and when you go they can't find them and then you have to choose other colors that weren't in your list. Or you co.e for stuff and the alterations are not completed. Very disappointing they are not professional nor do they care about your requirements as they give you at the end what they want and you don't have a choice because your partu is in 2 or 3 days. I looove this place! It's my go to for any big event I go to! The dresses are gorgeous! I don't understand these bad reviews. They are always kind and work with me with payment plans.
Do not come here! They have two stars for a reason they should have less. We ordered 3 dresses and a veil from the them and everything was delayed. They tell you they’ll call you but they never do. They told me my veil would be ready in two weeks and it didn’t come till a month and a half later then when it finally arrives, They tried to sell me a wrinkled veil and I asked them to iron it for me and they ripped my veil!!
