RecommendedBrad and Joe are fantastic to do business with. Was ready to buy a new Blackfin when this Covid 19 whacked my travel business. There was no pressure or arguement. They understood completely and didn't pressure me at all. When things pick up they will be the only people I see to buy a new boat. If you are shopping now, this is the place!! Bought a Parker 2510 from them in October '19, went very smoothly. This week, got my 20 hour service done on the boat, twin Yamaha 200's. BBC picked the boat up at my marina, did the service, checked other items under warranty and promptly returned it to my marina within 48 hours. Daniella Rico kept in close touch with me during the service. Excellent care.
Incompetent. Very rude. Can’t fix anything right the first time and then recharge you to re fix. Very Very expensive and management very aloof and unconcerned. I sold my boat since it had a four stroke Yamaha and they were the only close dealer to me in Bonita. I have had it with them and sold my boat. I would like to buy another boat but cannot imagine the aggravation and expense to deal with Bonita Boat Center after the sale. I am joining a boat club so I don’t have to deal with them any longer.

My salesman did a fantastic job but if you can't follow through with great service then you fail as a company. I have had issues with my boat for over a year and they have yet to fix them. Richard in service is not doing his job!! several phone calls and emails and no resolution. I will never recommend someone to buy from this company. Anyone can sell a boat but a company is made when there is an issue and it's how that company handles the issues that makes or breaks a business. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the guys who helped me out the other day! While I am not a customer of the Bonita Boat Center, I can attest to the character of the employees as well as the service manager, Paul Zettel. Last weekend my car broke down on the bridge next to their business. It was 98 degrees outside and I was waiting for it to get towed. I received a call from Bonita Boat Center in October of 2018 telling me that they had seen my Ad on BoatTrader.com and that they were looking for boats like mine as it was an older affordable model (under $20k). I was told that typically they would sell a boat like mine in 7-10 days....Continue Reading
This place is shady. Made an offer on a boat but the salesman Jeff didn't even mention it to the seller. His quote, "if the boat doesn't sell, it doesn't sell." He was worried more about his commission. What a total waste of time. I feel bad for the seller who put his boat in the hands of this place to sell.
