Bonita was an amazing realtor for my first homebuying experience in philadelphia. She made the whole process very easy to understand and was a great advocate when it came to putting offers in and fighting for concessions and work to be done prior to closing. I felt really supported in my decisions and we were so well organized the final closing meeting only took 15 minutes! I really cannot speak more highly of my experience as I was nervous to buy my first home but it was much easier than I thought!

To be a first time home buyer Bonita made this process so comfortable and easy. She’s very knowledgeable in her carft and very much understanding. Walk me through the whole process with grace, dignity and care. Felt more like a family member than her client. Answer the phone and all questions anytime no matter the concern or type of question. I really recommend her and can’t wait to work with her in the near future.
