I went there to transfer Invisalign treatment. The dentist said my case was too complicated due to being a transfer case (everything was already set up and all he had to do was administer the remaining trays). He was also inappropriately stroking my shoulder every time he spoke to me. I realize this is Kentucky, but come on. He also asked in an accusatory tone during the exam, asking if I flossed. Been going to Sims since I was a kid. Never had a bad experience there.
I’ve been going to this dental practice for almost 20 years and have seen all 3 of the dentists. They all do a great job and you can see the influence of the younger Dr. Sims as the practice is modernized. Great place to take care of your dental health!
