I would like to commend the pharmacist Jyothika for her sincerity and utmost professionalism. Some mistakes are inevitable in the workplace but she sure went above and beyond to fix the issue as any good boss would do. She went out of her way late at night to personally deliver my mother's prescription to our house and I really appreciated her effort. Very reliable.
