I had a very rude experience with the lady receptionist this morning. I called the clinic and was asking a question very respectfully, but she interrupted me, said what she wanted to say, and hung up without even listening to or answering my question. I called again immediately afterward, but she did not answer my call. I understand that clinics can be busy, but it only takes a few seconds to listen to a patient’s question.It was a very short question.
