Buying our first vehicle from bonham Chrysler was allright. Buying the Second one was a nightmare. We signed paperwork and drove off in it. Then was called and told we needed to come resign some paperwork. We were not told we needed to pay an additional $2000 before we got there. We were forced to either pay it or walk home with a 1 yr old baby. From now on my business will be going elsewhere. Thought yall were better people than that. I was wrong.

Unfortunately cant put zero stars. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Finance department calls you back two weeks later saying financing fell through ( classic on spot scam also known as yoyo financing) and they do credit score fraud. They will come back and lie and say ur score is lower or say they only use auto beacon scores. As a comsumer I should have done more research as I pulled my score after and was almost 100 points higher. We ended up signing the Second contract but I will be paying extra 200 e... read more

I bought my first car from Bonham in 2011, got my second one today. All the staff at Bonham are wonderful, they have treated me great. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you to all the staff members.
