We bought a used Dodge pickup from Bonham Chrysler, when we made the 1st Payment the transmission went out! We had someone look at it and plain as day the transmission was cracked! It had been rigged with JB WELD! We talked to them and they wanted us to trade it in, leaving $5K unpaid. I have tried several times to reach the manager and my calls never get returned! So now we have truck payment on a vehicle that won't run. It's going to cost about $5000 to get running. So thanks a lot Bonham Chrysler.
This is the worse place ever. I wouldn't tell no one to go there. They sold me. Car n said they will fix the prob n it's been over a year. Now they will not help us or stick to the original agreement. Most of there cars don't run right j yst anuf till u leave the lot. All there mangers couldn't care less bout there customer.
